Refund policy

Returns or refunds are available only for eligible products as per CRAZYBOTT's policy. Products must generally be unused and returned with their original packaging and accessories. Damaged, defective, or incorrect products should be reported within the specified time period. Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method, subject to applicable conditions.
